The drive thru on numerous occasions doesn't rotate the lines, so you sit there waiting for them to clear one line for them to even acknowledge that you are in line. Management doesn't care, they don't apologize, my order today was wrong after talking to the manager. I stopped getting food here a while ago, but they can't even get drink orders correct!March 17, 2017
